Two decades of patch repairs had left the roof with standing water, split seams above the packing hall, and insulation that had absorbed years of moisture. Energy costs climbed every quarter, and any full shutdown would have cost the client more than the roof itself.
OUR APPROACH
Phased Replacement. Zero Days of Lost Shipping.
We surveyed the deck with moisture scanning to map exactly which sections were saturated, then rebuilt the roof in eight overnight phases. Tapered insulation corrected the falls, new internal outlets cleared the ponding, and a reinforced TPO membrane was welded and tested section by section before each morning shift returned.
