We surveyed the deck with moisture scanning to map exactly which sections were saturated, then rebuilt the roof in eight overnight phases. Tapered insulation corrected the falls, new internal outlets cleared the ponding, and a reinforced TPO membrane was welded and tested section by section before each morning shift returned.
